I grew up in Lake Alfred, FL, and graduated from the University of Florida in 1994 (Go Gators!). Before starting my agency, I gained valuable experience as a State Farm underwriter and Agency Field Specialist. That foundation gave me a deep understanding of insurance and a passion for using it to make a real difference in people’s lives.

My husband David and I have been married for 26 years, and we’ve raised four wonderful children. Our oldest son Robert recently graduated from firefighter academy, William is serving in the U.S. Army as a combat medic with the 82nd Airborne, our daughter Sara is pursuing her dreams in fashion design, and our youngest, David Jr., is entering his senior year of high school, where he’s active in marching band, Boy Scouts, and exploring a career in medicine. I enjoy spending time with my mother and value every moment I share with my family.

Outside the office, I love supporting my Florida Gators by attending games, traveling, enjoying concerts with David, reading, and spending time with friends, family, and my incredible team! We believe in working hard, having fun and supporting each other like family.

I was drawn to a career in insurance by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives by helping them achieve financial security and protection. I’m passionate about assisting individuals and families in safeguarding what matters most. Each day, I’m motivated by building strong relationships and providing personalized plans to meet unique needs. At our agency, we’re committed to taking the time to listen. We strive to help our customers understand their risks, offering customized plans that fit their lives, and being accessible, responsive, and proactive through every change and challenge. Our goal is to ensure our customers feel informed, supported, and confident in their coverage choices.

I’m proud to hold multiple industry and leadership designations including CLU, and I’m currently pursuing my ChFC. . Our agency has earned internal recognition from State Farm, including Crystal Honor Club, CC, and for the last 17 years we've qualified for Ambassador Club. These awards reflect our dedication to excellent service and the outstanding relationships we’ve curated with our customers.

My commitment to service extends beyond the office. I am passionate about leadership and advocacy, having served as Chairman of the Greater Brandon Chamber of Commerce, Past President of NAIFA-Tampa, and recipient of numerous awards including the Senator Tom Lee Community Leadership Award, Herb Morgan Advocacy Award, and Snead-Bryan Outstanding Service Award. I currently serve on the NAIFA National Committees for Governance and Political Action, the USF Gus A. Stavros Center Advocacy Board, and the Advisory Board for Citizens Bank.

From 2014 to 2022, I served on the Hillsborough County School Board, including as Past Chair. I’m also a graduate of Leadership Florida, Leadership Brandon, and the Tampa Bay Public Leadership Institute, as well as a proud member of Florida Blue Key. Locally, I am an active member of the Central Hillsborough County Chamber, Valrico/Fishhawk Chamber, and the SouthShore Chamber, and I’m a proud supporter of local schools and community events throughout the region.
